My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the location is ideal and the environment is elegant, I encountered several service issues that tarnished the overall stay. The dining options were enjoyable, particularly the bar food; however, breakfast lacked efficiency and organization. The facility appears dated and needs some refurbishment, which detracted from the luxurious expectations I had.
